Background

Elven High Magic Rituals is the one remaining type of known High Magic and is used to create their Mythals. While creating Mythals is the most common use of this to exist now, their are a few other rituals.

While never seen by outsiders rumors have it that one such spell will change an Elves type allowing a Morehedral to become an Elhedral. Elves call this a ‘returning’ and it is very rare.
