Background

Transfiguration/Transmutation is the art of manipulating raw material and changing it into something different. It also includes what is sometimes called ‘Conjuration’ which is creating something from nothing. Only there is always ‘something’, so people call this a mistaken art. Instead converting what is usually ‘air’ into something else like a cloud of gas or more solid objects.
